Job description
EY is seeking a service-oriented consultant to advise on cross-border work's tax and social security aspects. The role involves supporting national and international clients, communicating with foreign colleagues and authorities, and optimizing client mobility programs.
As a Global Mobility Consultant, you will serve as a central point of contact for international organizations, providing strategic advice on mobility programs' fiscal and social security implications. Your primary responsibilities include advising clients on cross-border workforce strategies, ensuring compliance with international labor regulations, and providing comprehensive guidance to employees and employers.
The ideal candidate will have a completed university degree in tax law or fiscal economics, with at least 3 years of experience in tax advisory for cross-border work. You must be willing to complete the three-year Dutch Tax Advisors Association (NOB) training, possess excellent Dutch and English language skills, and demonstrate strong analytical and numerical capabilities. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
