Job description
EY is seeking a (Senior) Consultant for their Global Mobility team in Rotterdam. The role involves advising international organizations on complex tax and social security aspects of cross-border employment, helping clients manage compliance, reporting, and risks associated with global workforce deployment.
As a Global Mobility Consultant, you will help international organizations develop and optimize mobility programs, ensuring compliance with tax and social security regulations. This involves strategic consulting, maintaining communication with clients' employees, and providing comprehensive advice on cross-border employment implications.
Candidates must have a completed university degree in tax law or fiscal economics, 1-4 years of relevant tax experience, and be willing to pursue the three-year Dutch Tax Advisors Association (NOB) certification. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Dutch and English, and a proactive approach are essential. Experience or affinity with cross-border employment is crucial.
