Job description
EY is seeking an experienced HR professional to partner with senior leadership in Luxembourg to drive organizational effectiveness, manage talent development, and support strategic HR initiatives across the organization.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders on HR matters, acting as a change agent for people initiatives, ensuring HR processes are followed, establishing HR operational capabilities, and managing complex employee relations issues across the organization.
Required skills include a Master's degree in HR or related field, strong relationship-building and influencing abilities, deep knowledge of Luxembourg labor law, proficiency in English, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex HR tasks simultaneously with discretion and diplomacy.
