EY is seeking an IAM/PAM/IGA Engineer to join their Cybersecurity Team in Poland. The role involves technical delivery of cybersecurity engagements, focusing on Identity and Access Management solutions, including assessments, design, implementation, and integration of IAM systems for clients.
Primary responsibilities include conducting current state assessments of IAM processes, analyzing IT environments for application access, designing and implementing IAM solutions aligned with client business needs. This involves tool and process design, implementing cloud and mobile app access management, access enforcement, administration, elevated access management, and system integrations.
Required experience includes at least 1+ years of IT experience, with practical knowledge of user provisioning and identity management solutions like SailPoint, OneIdentity, CyberARK, and Microsoft 365 environments. Candidates should have a deep understanding of access control concepts, directory services, SAML, LDAP, and PKI, with fluency in English.
