EY is seeking an experienced payroll professional to join their International Payroll Desk in Den Haag. The role involves managing payroll administration for expatriates, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate complex international payroll calculations and client interactions.
EY's International Payroll Desk requires a professional who will prepare and process payroll administrations for expatriates, manage complex salary calculations, and handle client inquiries across international contexts. The role involves coordinating payroll tasks, communicating with external entities, and providing expert advice on international payroll regulations.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with expat payroll, preferably in a Big 4 or similar organization. A completed HBO education or MBO with PDL supplementation is required. Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential, along with excellent analytical and project management skills.
