Analyzes potential acquisitions, makes strategic recommendations, and participates in structuring large transactions involving multi-disciplinary teams including attorneys, CFOs, corporate directors, accountants, and tax professionals.
Requires a university degree with at least 5 years of relevant international taxation experience. Must demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and French and/or German is essential. Candidates should have proven interpersonal skills, ability to build trusted business relationships, and exceptional commercial and management capabilities.
