Job description
An internship opportunity in corporate finance and restructuring at EY in Prague. The role involves working with corporate finance teams to analyze business models, financial planning, and supporting companies through financial challenges. Ideal for economics students in their final or penultimate year who want hands-on experience in financial analysis and consulting.
Primary responsibilities include supporting corporate finance and restructuring teams in analyzing client businesses, developing detailed financial models, preparing financial plans, and presenting client stories to banks and investors. Interns will gain deep insights into various industries and learn how to communicate with financial institutions.
Required experience includes being a master's student in economics, preferably in the last or second-to-last year of studies. Strong skills in corporate finance, financial modeling, banking financing, and cash flow management are essential. Fluent English is crucial, and the ability to work at least 20 hours per week is expected.
