As an intern in Transaction Diligence, you will directly support various project teams in conducting financial due diligence investigations. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and analyzing financial information, translating complex data into specific transaction advice, and participating in report preparation and result presentations to different companies.
Ideal candidates are in the final phase of a university degree in Finance, Financial Economics, Finance & Investments, Accounting & Financial Management, or a related technical field. Strong command of Dutch and English languages is required. You should demonstrate analytical capabilities, quantitative problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented approach. Additional experience through internships, board positions, or extracurricular activities is highly valued.
