EY is seeking a recent graduate or final year student in finance or economics for a junior consultant role in Accounting, Compliance and Reporting. The ideal candidate will assist clients with financial digital processes, provide innovative solutions, and work across various industries while developing professional skills.
As an Accounting and Compliance Consultant, you will assist clients in their financial digital processes including preparing year-end closings, audit assistance, financial statements, tax and VAT returns. You'll work on management reports, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping, financial health analysis, and support clients' accounting needs across various sectors like transport, logistics, manufacturing, and retail.
Candidates must have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or economics, be in their final year or have up to one year of experience. Strong Dutch and English language skills are required. You should be a team player, critical thinker, and tech-savvy with potential experience in ERP systems. Willingness to learn and pursue professional certifications like IAB/IEC is expected.
