EY is seeking recent graduates for a Junior Auditor role in Financial Services. As a Junior Auditor, you will perform comprehensive financial audits across two key phases. In the interim audit phase, you'll analyze client business processes, interview stakeholders, assess inherent business risks, and evaluate internal control mechanisms. During the final audit phase, you'll scrutinize financial statements, validate accounting entries like accounts receivable, cash, fixed assets, revenue, and expenditures using sophisticated audit methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Commercial Engineering, or Commercial Science. Non-economic masters are also welcome, with EY providing additional financial training. Strong language skills are critical - fluency in Dutch and/or French, with excellent English communication. Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking, team collaboration, curiosity, and result-orientation, with willingness to become a licensed auditor.
