EY is seeking Junior Business Consultants in Finance who will work closely with CFOs to address critical business issues and transform finance organizations. Ideal candidates will join a dynamic consulting team, working across various industries and service lines, with an opportunity to start in September 2025.
This role involves defining finance vision and strategy, conducting finance diagnostics and maturity assessments, designing new finance operating models, and leveraging automation and digital processes for clients across multiple industries.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Economics, Management, Business Engineering, or Applied Economics. Strong communication skills in English and either Dutch or French are essential. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with solid analytical and quantitative skills. The ideal candidate can work autonomously, is a great team player, and thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
