EY is seeking recent graduates for a Junior Consultant role in their Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Genova. This position offers an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team supporting organizations in improving their environmental and social performance, with a focus on sustainability consulting and climate change mitigation strategies.
Primary responsibilities include conducting sustainability reporting, climate change initiatives, technical audits and due diligence on environmental, health, and safety (HSE) and ESG matters, developing sustainability strategies, and providing technical consulting on environmental impact assessments and emissions reduction.
Required experience includes recent graduates with master's degrees in environmental, energy, industrial, or chemical engineering, biology, geology, or related environmental sciences. Candidates must have excellent English skills (B2-C1 level), proficiency in MS Excel, willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and strong teamwork capabilities.
