EY is seeking recent graduates for a Junior Consultant role in their Climate Change and Sustainability Services team in Milan. The position offers an opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team supporting organizations in improving their environmental and social performance, focusing on sustainability integration and climate change mitigation strategies.
The primary responsibilities include supporting sustainability reporting, climate change initiatives, technical audits, environmental management system development, PNNR verification, and providing technical consulting on environmental impact assessments, waste management, energy efficiency, and emission reduction strategies.
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate in environmental, energy, chemical, or management engineering, biology, geology, or related fields. They must have an excellent command of English (B2-C1 level), proficiency in MS Excel, willingness to travel, and strong teamwork skills.
