EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for its Compliance team in Milan. This role offers an opportunity to support senior managers in forensic and integrity services, focusing on due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance activities across various projects and clients.
This role involves supporting senior managers in conducting reputational due diligence, risk assessments, and compliance projects. Responsibilities include assisting in analyzing compliance systems, conducting internal audits, and working on projects related to legislative compliance such as D.lgs. n. 231/2001, L. 262/2005, anti-money laundering, and anti-corruption initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Law or Economics, strong interest in compliance topics, proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), and English language skills. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities, teamwork skills, goal orientation, and flexibility in working across multidisciplinary teams.
