EY is seeking a Junior Consultant for its Compliance Team in Milan who will support multinational companies in evolving their internal control and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Economics and Management, strong teamwork skills, and excellent English proficiency.
The primary responsibilities include analyzing and calculating economic-financial KPIs, preparing integrated dashboards, preparing disclosures in compliance with current regulations, optimizing reporting processes and organizational controls, and defining procedural and internal control systems supporting economic-financial and sustainability reporting.
The candidate must have a Master's degree in Economics and Management, strong teamwork orientation, excellent English skills, problem-solving attitude, goal-driven approach, and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad. Interest in non-financial reporting and related regulatory developments is a plus.
