As a Junior Consultant, you will actively support senior managers in executing critical business tasks including designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate governance systems, supporting risk and compliance functions, and developing integrated compliance strategies. Your primary responsibilities will involve working closely with senior consultants on complex projects in risk management and corporate integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or engineering, exceptional analytical capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, strong English language skills, and in-depth knowledge of internal control systems. You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, goal orientation, flexibility, and willingness to travel and work in dynamic environments.
