As a Junior Consultant, you will primarily assist project teams in performing comprehensive valuations across multiple domains including management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring, and corporate strategy. Your responsibilities will include supporting valuation processes, reviewing valuation reports, providing credibility checks on valuation inputs, and contributing to fair value estimations.
Ideal candidates should possess a master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to create financial models from scratch are crucial. Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills like French or German being advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
