The role involves participating in business process redefinition projects across manufacturing and office environments, analyzing core and non-core business costs to eliminate non-value and semi-value activities. Primary responsibilities include supporting client companies in evolving their manufacturing towards Smart Factory models, analyzing production process cost elements, identifying opportunities related to new technologies, and improving productivity and quality while reducing costs and time.
Ideal candidates must have a degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with training in Lean/Kaizen/WCM principles. Strong proficiency in information systems, especially Excel, is required. The role demands excellent analytical skills, understanding of operational efficiency methodologies, and willingness to travel for project work.
