The primary responsibilities include handling national and international employment law consulting, managing staff-related compliance, addressing hiring and dismissal processes, managing payroll and social documents, handling cross-border employment issues, immigration consulting, and providing support during social inspections and merger due diligence.
Candidates must possess a master's degree in law with additional expertise or knowledge in Social Law, demonstrate strong language skills in Dutch/French and English, exhibit team player characteristics, show commercial acumen, communicate confidently, and be driven to become a trusted business advisor in social law.
