The role involves providing comprehensive employment law and social security consulting across national and international contexts, ideal for a recent law graduate with strong language skills and a passion for legal advisory work.
As a Junior Employment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include managing comprehensive employment law and social security consulting across national and international contexts. You will handle critical tasks such as staff-related consulting, compliance with employment regulations, managing hiring and dismissal processes, handling payroll and social documents, and providing advisory services for cross-border employment scenarios.
The role requires a master's degree in law with strong knowledge of Social Law, demonstrating exceptional language skills in Dutch/French and English. Ideal candidates will possess a commercial mindset, be team players, and demonstrate drive and determination. You must be capable of becoming a trusted business advisor in national and international social law, with the ability to start in September 2024.
