Job description
EY is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support partners and directors in their Core Business Services team in Diegem. The role involves managing administrative tasks, organizing meetings, and providing comprehensive support to ensure smooth operations within the Industries service line.
Primary responsibilities include managing executive agendas, organizing internal and external meetings, scheduling events, taking meeting minutes, handling document preparation, managing electronic filing systems, and providing comprehensive administrative support to partners and directors.
Required skills include a Bachelor's degree in Office Management/Languages, 3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced professional environment.
