Job description
EY Global Delivery Services is seeking a Dutch-speaking Executive Assistant to perform administrative tasks and support internal clients. The role involves managing calendars, travel, reporting, and providing high-quality administrative support in a dynamic, global environment.
Primary responsibilities include executing administrative duties such as calendar and meeting management, travel and expense tracking, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, managing internal files and distribution lists, maintaining SharePoint, and delivering high-standard support as a first point of contact.
Required skills include fluency in Dutch and English (B2/C1 level), proactive attitude, ability to work independently and in a team, strong customer orientation, excellent communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
