EY is seeking a dynamic legal professional interested in Belgian and European law for their Financial Services practice. This role is ideal for a recent law graduate with strong interest in financial regulations like ESG, AML, MiFID, and legal frameworks in the financial sector.
The primary responsibility of this role is to work within EY's Legal & Regulatory practice for financial services, handling diverse legal and regulatory matters for top financial institutions in Belgium and internationally. The consultant will be involved in analyzing and advising on complex financial regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Belgian law, with specific interest and affinity for financial law, insurance law, or company law. Essential requirements include fluency in Dutch and/or French, proficient business English, excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, and a balance between collaborative work and autonomous capabilities.
