The ideal candidate will assist multinational companies in navigating complex international tax and employment structures, focusing on cross-border employment situations, tax implications, and global mobility challenges.
As a Junior Personal Income Tax Advisory Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include researching and preparing high-level advice in international personal income tax matters. You will directly interact with international clients and mobile employees, addressing global mobility issues such as cross-border employment tax implications, application of Belgian domestic law, international double tax treaties, and implementation of international assignment policies.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Law, Economics, Commercial Sciences, or a Bachelor's in Business Management, Legal Practice, or HR. Strong language skills in Dutch/French and English are essential. The role requires an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A specialization or interest in tax is highly preferred.
