Job description
EY is seeking recent graduates in mathematics, physics, and economics with a quantitative background to join their Financial Services team in Frankfurt/Main. The role involves supporting financial sector companies through innovative data analysis, risk modeling, and financial instrument evaluation.
As part of the Financial Services team, you will provide consulting and auditing services to national and international financial sector companies. Your work will focus on developing, validating, and testing models for measuring market price, counterparty default, and credit risks, with an emphasis on innovative and interdisciplinary approaches.
Ideal candidates will have a master's degree or PhD in mathematical fields like econometrics, mathematics, or economics with a strong quantitative orientation. You should have a keen interest in statistical and financial mathematical challenges, proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, and experience with business intelligence software such as PowerBI or Alteryx.
