EY is seeking an experienced Lead WAM Business Analyst with strong German language skills to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw. The role involves managing and delivering innovative solutions for Wealth & Asset Management clients, focusing on the German market, and requires expertise in financial systems and stakeholder management.
As a Lead WAM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, organizing customer workshops, collecting business requirements, conducting regular status reporting, supporting system testing, and fostering a quality work culture in Financial Services projects.
The ideal candidate must have front-to-back process experience within Asset/Wealth Management, strong knowledge of financial systems like BlackRock Aladdin and SimCorp, ability to translate business requirements, and excellent English and German language skills. Technical experience with databases, SQL queries, and advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
