Job description
EY seeks a Learning Consultant for their Strategy and Transactions team who will develop and implement training programs, support employee learning experiences, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Learning & Talent Development team in Amsterdam.
As a Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for organizing training events from start to finish, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for EY employees. You will develop, implement, and evaluate training programs within the Strategy and Transactions Learning Curriculum, working closely with internal stakeholders to create and optimize learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, or a related field, with up to 3 years of relevant experience in learning advisory roles. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are essential, along with a proactive approach, growth mindset, and ability to apply innovative learning solutions in a professional environment.
