As an M&A Manager in our Strategy and Transactions practice, you will lead complex strategic transactions, providing critical financial due diligence and strategic advisory services to clients across diverse industries. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, developing detailed financial models, evaluating business performance, and preparing comprehensive transaction documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background with at least 3-5 years of professional experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, or management consulting. A master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Professional certifications such as CFA or MBA are highly preferred. Strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are essential.
