Primary responsibilities include leading digital manufacturing transformation projects, implementing shop floor reporting and business intelligence solutions, managing client implementation teams, developing project proposals, providing thought leadership, and actively contributing to the Supply Chain & Operations team's development.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, or industrial automation, with a preferred Master's degree in operations management or a technical discipline. Strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to build trustful relationships with business stakeholders are essential.
