The manager will coordinate activities between small teams, deliver engagement mobilisation, and support project outcomes.
The ideal candidate must have prior consulting experience, preferably in Finance Transformation within Financial Services, with expertise in Business Architecture, Target Operating Model design, Process & Controls, Organisation Design, and Change Management. Strong experience in delivering large-scale Finance Transformations, particularly in Banking & Capital Markets, is essential.
