Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Financial Due Diligence Manager to support corporate transactions. The role involves performing financial analysis, identifying business drivers, and providing strategic insights during merger and acquisition processes. Candidates must have strong financial expertise, excellent communication skills, and around 5 years of transaction experience.
Primary responsibilities include performing comprehensive financial due diligence procedures for company sales and purchases, identifying critical business issues, liaising with clients and target companies, gathering and analyzing financial information, and preparing detailed reports and presentations.
Required experience includes a master's degree, approximately 5 years of transaction experience, excellent trilingual proficiency in Dutch/French/English, strong accounting knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work independently with professional assertiveness.
