EY is seeking an experienced Manager for their Insurance Business Transformation team in London. This role involves driving strategic and operational initiatives for insurance clients, focusing on complex transformation projects in specialty and general insurance markets. As a Manager in the Insurance Business Transformation team, you will lead delivery teams in designing and executing strategic and operational initiatives for insurance clients. Your primary responsibilities include managing large-scale transformation projects, leading senior client stakeholders, line managing teams, managing engagement risks, and driving critical project outputs.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in insurance consulting, demonstrating a strong track record in project delivery, producing high-quality outputs, and understanding market trends affecting insurers and brokers. Required skills include expertise in target operating models, process re-engineering, cost transformation, regulatory change, strategy, and technology transformation.
