Primary responsibilities include participating in Transaction/M&A client engagements, collaborating with Transaction Tax professionals across borders, conducting tax screenings of companies, assisting in setting up tax-efficient acquisition structures, and coordinating assignments with other tax and strategy departments.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in economics/law with supplementary tax law education, 4-5 years of transaction tax experience, excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
