Primary responsibilities include providing tax advisory services for corporate restructurings and key transactions, assessing and monitoring tax risks, offering ongoing tax consulting for Polish and international clients, sector-specific tax advice, supporting tax proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts, and designing innovative tax strategies.
Required experience includes approximately 5-7 years of professional tax advisory experience, preferably in CIT, VAT, transaction taxation, and tax proceedings. Candidates should have a strong theoretical and practical understanding of tax issues, hold a higher education degree in law, finance, or economics, possess excellent teamwork skills, and demonstrate proficiency in both Polish and English languages.
