You will participate in cross-functional tax projects, manage team tasks, collaborate with clients to develop flexible compensation structures, and leverage AI tools like EYQ to enhance analytical capabilities and innovation.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in personal income tax and social security, with demonstrated ability to independently execute advisory projects. Candidates must have a higher education degree in law, finance, or economics, excellent Polish and English language skills (B2 minimum), and advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly Excel. Tax advisor certification or progress towards obtaining it is preferred.
