Job description
EY Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Manager/Senior Manager in Paris to drive strategic human resources transformations for leading international clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of consulting experience in HR organizational change, management transformation, and social strategy.
Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive HR transformation projects, such as change management, leadership engagement strategies, organizational restructuring, talent management, and digital HR solutions across various business domains.
Candidates must have a high-level graduate degree with a minimum of 6 years of consulting experience in HR transformation, demonstrating strong leadership skills, adaptability, and the ability to engage with high-level executives. Fluent English and mobility are essential, with a focus on developing team knowledge and capabilities.
