Job description
EY is seeking a Technical Oracle Consultant with 2-5 years experience, specifically in Human Capital Management (HCM). The role involves working with clients to develop and implement Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on HCM modules, configuration, and technical implementation.
As an Oracle Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering client business requirements, translating needs into software solutions, defining specifications and data models, and creating detailed test cases. Your primary responsibilities include supporting enterprise solutions, developing strong client relationships, configuring Oracle Fusion software, and managing project workstreams independently.
Candidates must have strong communication skills, advanced analytical capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits. Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud tools, cross-functional HCM modules, reporting, analytics, and advanced technologies like REST APIs and Fast Formulae are essential for success in this role.
