As a Payroll Services Manager, you will develop and lead multiple challenging payroll consulting engagements, work on global client projects within a distributed team, and ensure the highest quality of work outputs. You'll drive effective client communication, build relationships across global locations, and contribute to the practice's thought leadership and methodological development.
The role requires a Master's degree in Finance, HR, or Accounting, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in payroll. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Fluency in English is mandatory, with French or German being an additional asset.
