EY is seeking a Payroll Specialist (Personalverrechner:in) in Vienna to manage and process employee payroll and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of Austrian payroll regulations, and experience in HR and payroll administration.
As a Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include processing monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accurate salary calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with Austrian labor and tax regulations. You will manage payroll documentation, prepare payroll reports, and coordinate with various departments to maintain precise employee financial records.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional payroll experience. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of Austrian payroll systems, social security regulations, and tax laws. Strong proficiency in German and advanced Excel skills are essential, along with experience using payroll software and managing complex payroll scenarios.
