Job description
EY is seeking a talented HR intern to support their recruitment and talent attraction team in Madrid. The internship offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills in talent selection, work with international teams, and contribute to building a better working world through innovative recruitment processes.
This internship involves executing core recruitment and talent attraction processes for EY, including job posting, CV screening, candidate sourcing through social networks, direct candidate communication throughout selection processes, defining job profiles, participating in group dynamics, preparing competency reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and designing and implementing talent attraction strategies.
The ideal candidate should be a final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields, preferably with a Master's in Human Resources. Required qualifications include intermediate to advanced English proficiency, user-level Microsoft Office skills, full-time availability starting in December, ability to complete a practical agreement, and strong personal competencies like teamwork, dynamism, proactivity, initiative, and customer orientation.
