Job description
EY is seeking talented students in their final year or recent graduates for a HR talent selection and recruitment internship in Barcelona. The role involves conducting national recruitment processes, developing professional skills, and participating in talent attraction initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include publishing job offers, screening CVs, searching for profiles on social networks, direct candidate contact throughout the selection process, defining job profiles, attending group dynamics, preparing competency reports, supporting employer branding actions, and designing and implementing talent attraction initiatives.
Required experience includes being a final-year student in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields, or recent graduates currently pursuing a related master's degree. A master's in human resources is a plus. Candidates need medium/high English proficiency, basic Microsoft Office skills, full-time availability, and ability to complete an internship agreement.
