As part of the Transaction Diligence Team, you will support clients in transaction decisions by delivering critical analyses and assessments. You will participate in challenging transaction projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and refinancing, working on various task packages within transaction projects including data evaluation and preparation of strategic decision foundations.
Candidates should be studying economics, preferably in at least the 4th semester, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and a keen interest in corporate finance and accounting trends. Prior practical experience is desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English are essential.
