As an intern in Business Transformation, you will support national and international financial service providers in multidisciplinary consulting projects, focusing on digital transformation, organizational restructuring, and strategic consulting in the financial services sector.
Required skills include a completed undergraduate degree, strong analytical capabilities, excellent proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools, exceptional presentation and communication skills in German and English, and preferably some initial experience in financial services or consulting through previous internships or student work.
