A unique internship opportunity in Deal Origination at EY, focusing on supporting Private Equity funds in identifying potential investment targets across the CEE region. Interns will analyze market opportunities, support transaction research, and gain exposure to corporate finance and strategic aspects of investment decision-making.
Primary responsibilities include supporting the Deal Origination team in gathering information about upcoming transactions in CEE markets, analyzing strategic transaction aspects for financial investors, and helping build long-term relationships with leading Private Equity funds in the region.
Required skills include strong corporate finance knowledge, excellent MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) proficiency, highly developed analytical capabilities, very good English language skills, and preferably prior experience in transaction or strategic advisory.
