Primary responsibilities include advising on international tax complexities for real estate transactions, conducting due diligence for asset and corporate acquisitions, structuring investment and development projects, and supporting international network colleagues in advising clients on inbound investment opportunities in Ireland.
Candidates must be ACA and/or ITI qualified with strong tax technical skills, excellent project management abilities, and proven experience in tax research, writing, and communication. Ideal candidates will have experience in Irish real estate tax matters or demonstrable transactional, due diligence, and international tax structuring expertise.
