Key responsibilities include guiding national and international M&A processes, providing conceptual advice to German and foreign companies and financial investors, coordinating international projects, and negotiating complex contracts.
The ideal candidate will have top-tier legal qualifications with outstanding examinations, excellent communication skills in German and English, strong analytical capabilities, and preferably initial experience from legal internships in large law firms. Candidates should demonstrate a consulting personality with entrepreneurial thinking and high responsibility awareness.
