Job description
EY is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition strategies for their Global Delivery Services (GDS) in Poland. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of international recruitment experience, team management skills, and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
The primary responsibilities include crafting and executing recruitment strategies for EY GDS Poland, leading a team of recruiters and sources, managing end-to-end recruitment projects, building relationships with business stakeholders, and continuously improving recruitment processes.
Candidates must have 9+ years of international recruitment experience, minimum 3 years of team management, excellent English communication skills, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to handle complex interpersonal interactions with a global mindset.
