Job description
EY is seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior Recruiter for their DS team in Wrocław. This role involves managing recruitment processes, building relationships with potential candidates, and supporting the talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
As a Relationship Manager/Senior Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and actively sourcing high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, creating targeted sourcing plans, and conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proven track record of successful talent acquisition. You should possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, have excellent analytical skills for candidate evaluation, and be proficient in using recruitment technologies and platforms. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required, along with several years of professional recruitment experience.
