This role primarily involves supporting client management, building and maintaining client relationships, contributing to the successful delivery of reward projects, and ensuring technical excellence. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day delivery of client services, both compliance and advisory, and contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experienced reward consulting skills, with strong technical abilities in areas such as equal pay, pay transparency, performance-driven reward solutions, market research and analysis, reward program communication and implementation, and understanding legal and regulatory frameworks of reward programs.
