The role requires 15-20+ years of experience in project risk or programme delivery, with a track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects. Candidates must have excellent stakeholder management skills, strong communication abilities, project governance understanding, and third-level educational qualifications. Professional certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, or ACP are desirable.
